1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using BC Print Bridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the software.
2. Nature of Service and Affiliation
BC Print Bridge is an independent software solution developed to facilitate printing from the Business Central mobile application.
• Non-Affiliation: We are an independent entity. This software is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft Business Central or its subsidiaries.
• Operational Scope: The application acts as a bridge for printing purposes only. It does not inject data, modify inputs, or alter the core functionality of the Business Central environment.
3. License and Usage
• License Grant: BC Print Bridge is licensed, not sold. Each license key is valid for activation on one (1) device at a time.
• Trial Period: New accounts are eligible for a 30-day free trial, which includes a maximum of 20 license keys for evaluation purposes.
• Renewals: Subscriptions must be renewed upon expiration to maintain access to the software’s features.
4. Data Privacy and Information Handling
Your privacy is a priority. Our data practices are governed by the following:
• Information Collected: During registration, we collect basic account details (such as your acoount type(Individual,business), full name, email, contact and country) necessary for license management and authentication.
• Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or lease your personal information to third parties or any external entities.
• Print Data Security: The application does not collect or store receipt information on any external server. All print processing is handled locally on the mobile device. Data is immediately discarded after the printing process is completed.
5. Technical Limitations and Support
• Receipt Formatting: All queries regarding receipt layout, data fields, or formatting must be handled within Business Central. BC Print Bridge does not control the generation of the source document.
• Acceptable Use: Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering, redistributing, or sublicensing BC Print Bridge.
• Technical Support: Support is available exclusively through the in-app support system. While we strive for timely resolutions, response times may vary based on query volume.
6. Termination and Amendments
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
• Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the application following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
